Reese Kidman, Mechanical Professional Engineer – Reese has devoted more than 20 years to the design and project management of bulk material handling and processing facilities. His expertise includes preparation of plans and specifications, quality control, cost estimating and cost control, equipment selection, construction management and inspection, client interaction, preparation of master plans, schedules, feasibility studies, and life cycle cost analyses.

David Carter, Structural Professional Engineer – David has 40 years’ extensive and varied experience in material handling, mineral processing, and port industries; with experience pertaining to design, engineering, feasibility and due-diligence, capital and operating cost estimates, technical and commercial proposals, project development and finance, project and construction management, start-up and commissioning. Broad international experience expanding business into Australia, Asia, India, Europe, and South America.

Russel Gleave, Electrical Professional Engineer – Russel has over 25 years’ experience in power distribution design, advanced motor control applications, instrumentation, and control system design. Projects include bulk material handling systems for hazardous waste facilities, power plants, mines (gold, copper, coal, and aggregates), and automated truck and rail loading facilities. Experienced in the application of variable frequency drives and electronic soft-starters in both medium- and low-voltage systems. Extensive experience in control system (PLC & HMI) programming, project start-up, and facility commissioning.
